İKSD was established at the beginning of 2017 and is a sectoral association that gathers Turkey's leading domestic and foreign-origin formwork, scaffolding, and related equipment manufacturers serving in Turkey under its roof, aiming at the development, safe and healthy growth of the sector with all stakeholders including the public, industry, and universities.
The association represents the leading companies in the sector, and IKSD is the only roof that means the formwork and scaffolding industrialists quantitatively and qualitatively as of today.
All member companies: They provide project, consultancy, material sales, leasing, and after-sales support services in the construction of important housing, dams, commercial buildings, airports, hospitals, road metro, industrial projects, etc., on both national and international scales that produce in line with the standards.
The primary objectives of the Association are to explain IKSD and the founding purposes of İKSD to the public, to contribute to the national and international competitiveness of the sector by trying to produce solutions to the sectoral problems of the members of the association together with all its stakeholders with an ordinary mind and to take an active role in the prevention of occupational accidents.
In line with its objectives, İKSD, which is to carry out joint project activities with ministries, public and private institutions, the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE), Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, Exporters' Associations, universities, and international organizations, is an independent non-governmental organization that is not a port maker Nigeria.
