PERA Kalıp ve İskele Sistemleri A.Ş. started to operate in the field of construction materials sales and contracting projects in 1993 and gained an important image and place in the construction sector by signing many large projects in the country. Seeing the need in the market with its experience in the construction sector, it stepped into the rental sector of Formwork and Scaffolding Systems in 2015and started production in 2021. After serving in the field of Formwork and Scaffolding Systems for many years, it has decided to invest in a new factory in Eğil Organized Industrial Zone in order to carry the quality to higher levels and provide better service.
Our factory was built on a total of 40,000 m2 of land; 12,500 m2 of it was designed as production,2,500 m2 as management and R&D building, and 25,000 m2 as open storage and landscaping area, and was constructed by our contracting group by obtaining green building certification. With our100 employees in the factory, we have also made a significant contribution to the employment in the region.
In our factory, which can generate its own energy with our Roof SPP project with a capacity of1425 kWp based on sensitivity to nature and the environment, rainwater falling on the roof is stored thanks to the systems installed and used for non-drinking water use and landscaping. In our LEED-certified factory, the latest technology is used in production, prioritizing occupational safety and worker health. Thanks to automatic cutting and punching machines, automation systems, robotic welding machines, laser, CNC cutting and bending machines, quality products are manufactured with zero error. Continuous investments are made in R&D project design studies and machine park.
